• Data Management: Data mapping and view, data migration from old to new system, data exchange between dependent systesm and data archival aspect of the implementation
• Undertake Turn Key:Working closely with the customer ( and the relevant department involved including IT), system vendor, IT hardware vendors, execute end-to-end implementation in a turn key manner from impact analysis, project planning, project execution, application set up, end-to-end testing (system, functional, interface, end user) and stake holder sign off and system handover into production per the established KPI and SLA.
